How We Review Requests
We review the relevant article and supporting sources. We may contact the sender for clarification. Not every disagreement requires a correction; differences in opinion, personal experience, or reasonable interpretation may be addressed through clarification rather than removal.
Types of Changes
- Minor edit: spelling, grammar, formatting, or a non-material clarification.
- Factual correction: a verified error that could mislead a reader.
- Update: information was accurate when published but later changed.
- Retraction or removal: reserved for serious cases such as substantially unreliable, unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
Transparency
Material corrections may be noted within the article when useful to readers. Minor copy edits may be made without a public correction note. The modified date may change when content is meaningfully updated.
